S1mp3 Trouble-Shooter
From S1MP3 Wiki
Very Important - Foreword
This basic Troubleshooting flow-chart is only intended to attempt to narrow down the possible causes of serious technical malfunction or total failure of your S1mp3 player.
If your problem is related for example to videos that won't play - or - you don't know how to change the backlight colors - or - you can't get lyrics to show up on your player - or other less serious/terminal conditions ... then please see the relevant links on the main s1mp3.org front page. The FAQ (frequently asked questions) section of s1mp3.org is particularly good for non-catastrophic issues.
The answers to probably around 99% of your questions are already there, all you need to do is to take a little time to find the relevant information page.
We want you to find your answers if possible but posting questions that have already been asked over and over again is not the most effective way of getting the answers you seek ;)
PS. The forum has a very efficient "SEARCH" feature too ... please just give it a try at least once before rushing to post questions which have been asked and answered many times before.
