I would like to use the wiki as a base of informations, when Balzac is ready I'd better like to move some parts of this wiki to the main site, and keep the wiki for the development.

Great effort
This is really nice having such a dedicated group research these S1mp3s. I would like to donate my abilities to such research (i'm am graduating BSc EE) and the first thing which intrigues me is how you got the structure of the firmware binaries. I mean, when you download the firmware from the flash, it's just a stream of hex, so how did you manage to slice it into VOICE.AP, MUSIC.AP and such? Or perhaps the firmware contains it's own structure within?

Custom Mp4 Application - looking for Help
Hi all we are using MP4 video players as 'interactive eyes' for our robots see www.robothespian.co.uk [1] - we hacked the play button and made a little hardware button press emulator to access different tracks - we really want to customize the firmware to speed up video playback access ,( get rid of redundant features and menus etc) Looking for advice on the best current models for video playback and how to get rid of splash screens and menus etc. Thanks. --Robothespian 07:25, 1 May 2007 (BST)
How to set the clock on S1MP3
I have BlueBerry s1mp3 player and it seems I can't set the clock at all. Manual says noting about it, and it's different from my s1mp3
