Hi, I have a problem.

Sometimes when I turn on my mp3 player in the screen appear the message: "No Memory!" At times the memory is ok, but when I move the mp3 player the music have pauses and sound a strange noise. This is a hardware problem??? Can somepeople help me, please?? Somepeople speak spanish??
